The Double Woman spirit comes from the Lakota Heritage and holds significance for me. The story goes – on the night of a child’s 13th birthday, it is said, that if the child sees the Double Woman Spirit in his/her dreams, he/she is destined for a life in the arts. In this image, the wolves (my representatives) see the spirit shadow of the Double Woman Spirit on the cliff face, affirming my life in the arts.
